And this was in an extremely competitive market- April through August 2021! Ben presented us with comps almost immediately after viewing homes we were interested in. He was an excellent sounding board when it came time to figure out what to offer and provided advice that kept us from making offers that we might regret later on. As could be expected during this time, we made multiple offers. When we got beat out because we didn’t want to offer more than our established limit, Ben calmed us down and promptly presented other homes to view. We couldn’t have been happier at the end of the day when we found the home of our dreams and paid what we feel is a fair price in a crazy market.

As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Ben helped us every step of the way. He was always direct and was never pushy. We truly felt like he had our best interests at heart. We couldn’t recommend him enough.

I would like to share a wonderful experience I had with Realtor Ben Loonan. My sister and I were thinking about selling our parents home in MN. We happened to live in two separate places, Washington and Florida. Ben worked with us diligently for a year and a half. He patiently answered all our questions, helped us worked towards a final decision to sell. By phone he made sure all things came together, and that we both agreed on each new step. After talking to him by phone, I personally felt very comfortable with each decision as well as I felt he was working in our best interest. He was honest about what would work for us or even if he didn’t agree with us. He took care of every angle, from talking to the tenants, the seller, several visits to the house, down to making sure nothing was left in the house after closing. Because of his excellent leg work our house sold right away, we did wait long at all. When closing time came we were well prepared, even with a few hiccups, in last minute paperwork, we came through with his guidance. He hung with us to the end. If I had to do it again, I would have no problem. He made selling our childhood home, a breeze without having fly back and forth, since we no longer lived there. Job well done Ben!
